Cancellation & Refund Policy


What is BMRC's Refund/Credit Policy?

Requests for refunds will be given in the following cases:
  • If a program is cancelled, a full refund or credit will be issued.
  • Due to injury/illness before or after the start of the program, if the Blue Mountain Recreation Commission is notified immediately, a pro-rated/full refund or credit will be granted after a letter is received by you and/or the doctor for approval at our monthly board meeting.
Can my Class be Cancelled?

Inclement Weather: In the case of bad weather, we may be forced to cancel our programs and or close our facilities. Whenever the Blue Mountain School District cancels classes or early dismissals, our programs scheduled will be cancelled as well.

Low Registration Numbers

The Blue Mountain Recreation Commission reserves the right to cancel or combine a program due to insufficient enrollment. Each program has a minimum number of participants that must be registered for it to be offered. If that minimum is not reached, the course/program/camp will be cancelled. All registered participants will receive a phone call from the Blue Mountain Recreation Commission cancelling the program as well as a full refund/credit or their check/money order/cash payment returned. PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!
