Sandlot Summer Baseball
DATES: June 15th – July 23rd (5 weeks) – Exclusion June 29 - July 3rd
DAYS: Games are played Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays depending on division.
PLACE: Deer Lake Baseball Field
WHO: Students ages 6-12 years old (Must be 6 when registering)
TWO DIVISIONS: Division A (6-8) & Division B (9-12) Participants will be placed based on their age at registration. Divisions are subjected to change based on registration numbers.
TIMES: Games will start at 6:00 p.m.
COST: $30 for Blue Mountain residents and $45 for non-residents. Registration Fees include 1 hat and 1 shirt for participants.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Parent participation is necessary on many levels to make this program successful, from Coaching, Umpiring, etc. Please indicate your interests when registering your child.
INFORMATION: The Sandlot Youth Baseball League is a fun summer program that lets kids take advantage of nicer weather and continue playing baseball during summer. For our summer baseball league, the primary emphasis is HAVING FUN, while continuing skill development and game play. No scores will be kept, and everyone will have equal playing time. Teams will be put together by volunteer coaches on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. There will be two divisions: subject to change based on registration numbers. Each team will meet 1-2 times per week, depending on the number of teams involved. The schedule varies and games will be determined by coach availability. Make up dates are TBD.
Any registrations submitted AFTER Tuesday, June 2, 2026 will be randomly assigned to a team.
